I’m currently writing a humorous story and want to include funny names like ben dover for some of the characters. I found several funny names like ben dover that would fit perfectly in comedy scenes.

I’m wondering how many funny names are too many before it becomes overdone. Should only certain characters have them, or can they be used throughout the story? I’d appreciate advice from writers or anyone experienced with comedic storytelling.
