I’m often asked by my customers on Instagram whether the prices on my website include all the necessary taxes for their specific country.

It’s a tricky question because I ship worldwide! I’m currently looking into the specific mechanics of tax collection in certain regions to see if the responsibility lies with me as the seller or with the customer at the point of delivery.

I want to be 100% transparent with my brand’s community to avoid any delivery-day payment drama. Can someone explain how VAT works Ukraine?
